Arab Threat Halts Flights
Of Scandinavian Airways

TEL AVIV, (JTA) — Scandi-
navian Airways has for a second
time diverted one of its planes
from Lydda to Cyprus because
of Arab threats to fire on any
planes crossing their territory en
route to Israel.
This is the second foreign air-
line to cut its service to Israel
as a result of Arab action. Earli-
