the blessings of our Bill of
Rights will continue undimin-
ished. His message reads:
Please accept my sincere

TEL AVIV, (JTA)—The Israel
government has approved , the
purchase of six vessels as rep-
arations payment by WeSt Ger-
many, Dr. F. Shinnar, head of
the Israel purchasing mission in
Germany, revealed prior to his
return to Cologne.
He said the government had
also approved the acquisition of
equipment for the Palestine
Electric Corporation, in which it
is a partner, and the purchase of
railway equipment. He disclosed
that of a total of 150,000,000
marks set aside for the purchase
of oil for Israel by Germany,
some 90,000,000 marks had al-
ready been spent.
Israel will be able to mint its
own coins and print its own
postage stamps as a result of
reparations orders for minting
and printing machinery, it was
also revealed here. Orders for
the machinery were approved by
the director of the Israel" govern-
ment Printing Office who went
to Germany to choose material
needed by his department.
