The season's concluding dele-
gate -assembly of the Jewish
Commuinty Council will be held
May 28, at Young Israel Center,
announced Dr. Shmarya Klein-
man, Council president.
Highlight of the meeting will
be the election of Council offi-
cers and the election of mem-
bers to fill vacancies on the ex-
ecutive committee. The ballot to
be presented to delegates will
include the names of all can
didates nominated by the nomi-
nating committee as well as the
names of delegates nominated
by petition. The names of all
nominees will be published in
advance of the meeting, accord-
ing to Dr. Kleinman.
Also featured on the agenda
will be the annual report to
delegates by Dr. Kleinman and
a summary of activities by the
chairmen of the various stand-
ing committees.

The Feriliell Mothers Club and
the Davison Mothers Club will
hold a joint mother and daugh-
ter banquet at 7 p.m., Monday,
at the Davison Jewish Center.
Spokesman for the daughters
will be Mrs. Zena Etkin Baum,
and speaker for the mothers,
Mrs. Rose Marshak. Mrs. Mina
Lifschitz will give the ihvoca-
tibn and Mrs. Ida Drapkin will
be toastmistress.
The 12th Street Mothers Club
will hold its mother and daugh-
ter banquet at 6:30 p.m., Mon-
day, at Mayfair.
Mrs. Bessie Katchan will be
toastmistress and Mrs. Lillian
Sweitzer will give the invoca-
tion. Carrie Sperling and Sarah
Betty Cicural will speak for the
mothers and daughters, respec-
tively.
The New Study Club mother
and daughter banquet will be
held Tuesday night, at Zack's.
