WOMEN'S SABBATH LEAGUE,
hi response to an urgent plea
from Israel, has begun a kibbutz
project to raise funds to pur-
chase and ship automatic laun-
dry equipment to the settle-
ments of Tiriat Zvi, Kfar Darom,
Sdeh Yavoc, Yavneh and Ain
Zurim. Chairman of this spe-
cial fund-raising event, to be
held at 12 noon, March 24, at
Young Israel Center, is Mrs. Mil-
ton Winston. Others in charge
are Mesdames Joshua Sperka,
treasurer; Moses Wiser, secre-
tary; M. Servetter and David
Cern, mailing secretaries. Rabbi
Joshua Sperka will be chairman,
and a kibbutz luncheon and pro-
gram will be featured.

annual Purim dinner-dance on

traub, vocalist. Proceeds raised
by the 40-year-old organization
will help rehabilitate many of
the hardship cases for which
the group cares, and will aid
