Campaign Solicitation by All Divisions

Members of the real estate and
building division held a leader-
ship dinner April 12 and the 65
contributors attending pledged
an average increase of 29% over
their gifts to the campaign last
year. The meeting was chaired
by Daniel A. Laven and Maurice
M. Robinson.
Lew Wisper and Arthur Rob-
inson, chairmen of the arts and
crafts division, announced that
their division's dinner, held April
11 in conjunction with the mer-
cantile d i v i s i o n, headed by
James Wineman, resulted in
generous pledging averaging a
16% increase over 1950 pledges
from the same group.

Cantor Blank is noted for his
interpretation and repertoire of
Jewish songs. A community lead-
er in Detroit, he is secretary of
the Cantor's Association.
