A "Purim Revue," prepared by
the children's theater, a cos-
tume parade and a choir con-
cert are features of the North-
west Hebrew Cong. Sunday
school's Purim program to be
held March 18. Performances
are scheduled at 10 a.m. and 12
noon.
The Sisterhood committee,
headed by Mrs. Jacob Levine, is
planning to distribute Purim
sweets to each child.
Participants in the play in-
clude Larry Allen, Sally Allen,
Sheila Burk, Alice Burston, Gail
Cooper, Elaine Feldman, Audrey
Hecker, Arlene Kaine, Dorothy
Robinson, Joan Rodman, Lorelei
Schuman, Loraine Small, Gail
Steffen, Carol Stross, Marilyn
Stein and Jeffrey Stross.
The graduation class of the
Synagogue's religious school has
elected a committee consisting
of chairman. Elaine Feldman;
secretary. Elaine Small; and
treasurer, Vicki Marston.

JERUSALEM, (JTA) — T h e
Jewish Agency executive has
again postponed the date of the
opening of the forthcoming
World Zionist Congress, this time
to July 31, in order not to inter-
fere with the Israel national
elections which will be held this
summer. The following five
major proposals were the sub-
ject of discussion, at the meet-
ing- of the executive:
1- A suggestion that a new
Zionist program be worked out
to take off where Dr. Theodor
Herzle's Basle Program left off.
2. A plan for the establishment
of relationships between the
Israel government and the Jew-
ish Agency. 3. A plan for giving
the Agency a legal status in the
Jewish state and defining its
scope and activities. 4, A pro-
posal for composition of Zion-
ist movements in countries out-
side Israel. 5. A suggestion on
the composition of the Agency
executive.
