election of a corresponding sec-
retary, to replace Harold Zinna-
mon, who was called into serv-
ice. Before leaving, Zinnamon
was presented with a gift, and
the title of honorary correspond-
ing secretary was conferred up-
on him. Plans are being set for
a December affair.

The fund-raising campaign of
LOUIS D. BRANDEIS LODGE,
Bnai Brith, has started with 15%
of the goal reached, due largely
to Morris Dickstein. Plans for a
dinner a.nd dance Jan. 28, 1951,
at the Four Dukes are set ac-
cording to Ben Rich, co-chair-
man. bJules Sanders, veterans
chairman, announces that the
lodge will give a party Dec. 13 at
Dearborn Veterans Hospital. The
next meeting will be held at 8:30
p.m. Nov. 14 at Young Israel
Center.

broadcast of the presentation of
the national Bnai Brith award
to Milton Berle. The 'executive
committee has adopted a fund

Cong. Beth Abraham, under the

plan a series of programs for
the fall, winter and spring sea-
sons. The first program will be
presented Nov. 14 in the social
hall of the synagogue. The ex-
ecutive board will hold a break-
fast meeting at 10 a.m., Nov. 12
at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
