returned to the city after a week's trip to New York.
Mr. and-Mrs. Stanley Fleischaker of West Eight Mile Road, had
as their guests last week his parents from Lpuisville.
Mr. and Mrs. Edwin M. Rosenthal returned on Monday to their
home in Hollywood, Fla., after a short visit with their children.
Mary Einstein of West Eight Mile Rd. has left for Painesville,
0., where she resumed her studies at Lake Erie College.
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Walker and their small son, Andrew,
of Metuchen, N. J., are the guests of her mother, Mrs; Benjamin
Siegel of Boston Blvd.
Dean Laib, daughter of Mrs. ISadore Levin of Strathcona Dr.,
has left to' resume her studies at Connecticut College.
. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Mintz of Newtonville, Mass., are the
guests of her mother, Mrs. M. M. Wittelshofer of Boston Blvd.
Mr. and Mrs. Stephen B. Sarasohn have returned from New
York and are now residing at 681 Merrick Ave. Mr. Sarasohn has
taken an instructorship hi government at Wayne University.
Joan Field, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Field, of Roslyn
Rd., has left for New York where she will attend the School of
Interior Design of New York.
/ Miss Harriet Simon of the Wilshire had as her guest for a
few days last week Mrs. Helen Brachman of Milwaukee.
Donald Thal of Glynn Ct. spent the last week-end in Flushing,
N. Y., as the guest of his parents and of Eleanor Susman and her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Susman.
Mr. and .Mrs. Robert Morrison and their daughter Rosalie
have returned to their home in Roslyn, L. I., after spending the
holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs.'Robert Marwill of LaSalle
Blvd.
Mr. and Mrs. Morton Feldman and their son, Richard, of
Chicago were the guests last week-end of her parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Mark Alpern. of Mt. Clemens.. -
Barbara Jay, daughter of Mr. and. Mrs. Byron Jay of Wilde-
mere Ave., has left for Poughkeepsie, .11' Y., where she resumed
her studies at Vassar College.
Mr. and Mrs. Emil Loewenberg have moved from Virginia
Pk. and are now residing at. 19320. Wisconsin Ave. - _
Marianne Shapero, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nate Shapero of
8tratheona Dr., has left to resume her studies at Wellesly Col-
lege in Wellesly, Mass.
Mr. and Mrs. Ben Zion Gotlieb of Flint were the guests for
the holidays of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Tobin of Merton

Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Feldstein of Birmingham, Ala.
Mrs. Theodore Roth of Parkside Ave. has returned from a

Mimi Levin, daughter of Judge and Mrs. Theodore Levin of
LaSalle Blvd., has left for Chicago where she will do graduate work
at the University of Chicago.
