Anti-Semites Forming
New Group in France

PARIS, (JTA)—A new group
comprising anti-Semitic, pro-
Fascist and collaborationist ele-
ments was formed here recently
by publication of a weekly news-
paper. Restricted to members
able to pay annual dues of $13.
The new organization—"Friends
of the French Liberties"—plans
to launch a 1,500,000-franc fund-

revived as a result of the new
