Pledges amounting to $2200 were reported at this meeting
held at the Jewish Center. Division workers have already re-
ported more than 60 per cent of the nine thousand slips as-
signed to them.

radio drama written by Ernest
Kinoy for the Eternal Light, will
be the program's feature pre-
sentation on Sunday, May 8.
Next week's script is the ten-
der story of a young Palestinian
boy whose sight is destroyed in
a wartime accident. Encouraged
to pursue his study of the violin
for purposes of therapy, he ded-
icates himself to mastering the
instrument.
It will -be heard at 12:30 p.m.
on station WTCB, Flint and will
be transcribed by station WWJ
for rebroadcast at 8 a. m. Sun-
day, May 15.
