TBE Youths Prepare
Costumes for Purim
Masquerade March 12
Members of Temple Beth El
Young People's Club are already
preparing their costumes for
their Purim masquerade ball, to
be held at 9 p.m. Saturday,
March 12, in the Temple social
hall.
The dance is open to all young
adults, and Bert Abrams, chair-
man, advises young people to be-
gin planning their costumes now.
The social hall, will be decorated
in Purim fashion and will be re-
titled "Hamantasch-Inn."
Selection of the best costume,
the hanging of Haman and the
crowning of Queen Esther, cho-
sen from among the guests, will
be features of the affair. Reser-
vations may be made by calling
the Temple office.

Masada Holds Purim
Party For Membership
Masada members are invited
to a closed Purim party Sunday
evening, March 13, at the Park
Ave. Hotel English Room, ac-
cording to Dr. Sam Krohn, pres-

The party will conclude an ex-
tensive weekend program for
Masada, which also includes spon-
sorship, for the Young Adult
Council, of a Jewish Music Month
program Thursday, March 10, at
the Jewish Center, and an Oneg
Shabbat following Sabbath eve
services March 11 at Shaarey
Zedek synagogue. -
