Detroit's Allied Jewish Campaign operates primarily according
to trades and professions. Each contributor to the drive is classified
according to his type of work and Is solicited by a person in thel
same,, or a closely-related field, thus bringing about a sympathetic!
understanding between solicitor and contributor. The men pictured
on this page are the leaders of The several trade and professional.
divisions of the Campaign.
The women and the youth oT the community, whose leaders are'
pictured on the opposite page, have their own drives, each of which
is integrated with the general campaign.
All Jewish organizations participate hi the drive through treasury
gifts. Many groups hold special fund-raisin . g events vio benefit the
Allied Jewish Campaign.
