A total of $800 was raised at
the luncheon and bazaar sponsor-
ed recently at the Jewish Center
by the WOMEN'S EMERGENCY
FOOD COMMITTEE. The money
was used to send Passover pack-
ages to DPs. At the last meeting
held at the home of Mrs. James
Bizindze, a plea was read from
the DP camp at Darmstadt, Ger-
many, which houses 35,000 per-
sons, asking for play and recrea-
tional materials for the children
there.

off-white satin trimmed with
seed pearls. She carried a bou-
quet of catyllas 'Mies centered
about a white orchid.
Helen, Salk attended her sis-
ter as maid-of-honor, and the
bridesmaids were Mrs. Marvin
Krass, Mrs. Albert Margolin, Ar-
lean Barnett, Phyllis Glasier and
Helene Falk of Chicago. Marcia
Ketai was junior bridesmaid.
