Samuel; daughters, Mrs. Anna
Stein, Mrs. Rose Kogan, Mrs.
Minnie Suchman and Mrs. kollie
Boyd; ten grandchildren and one
great-grandchild.

ter, Mrs. Edward M. Rosenthal;

tery.

in Romania, he was a cabinet-
maker in Detroit for 32 years.

survived by his wife, Anna; two
daughters, Mrs. John Surath and
Mrs. Max Bialak; three sons,
Joseph, Benjamin and Morris,
and three brothers.

Denver and Philip Lifton. Inter-
ment was in Machpelah Ceme-
tery.

Hillel Schedules
2nd Annual Dance

Wayne University Hillel Foun-
dation will sponsor its second an-
nual dance Saturday evening,
Feb. 7, at Masonic Temple. Phil
Brestoff and his orchestra, fea-
turing the songs of Dee Parker,
will provide music for dancing.
Aaron Katzman is chairman of
the dance. Elaine Siden and Sam
Shreeman are in charge of ticket
sales, and Morris Novetsky heads
dance publicity.
Following the tradition set last
year, a Hillel queen, to be select-
ed by the John Robert Powers
Agency, will be crowned at the
dance.

The WEDNESDAY EVENING
DISCUSSION GROUP will pre-
sent Dr. Max Rosenfeld at 9 p. m.
Wednesday, Feb. 4 in the Gins-
berg Lounge. Dr. Rosenfeld's top-
ic will be "Europe in 1947."
