are vacationing in New Orleans and Hot Springs.
Miss Florence Cassidy, secretary of the Nationality Committee
of the Council of Social Agencies, Miss Alice Sickles, director
of the International Institute, and Mrs. Samuel K. Gage, all board
members of the Michigan Committee on Displaced Persons, attended
the Regional Conference on Displaced, Persons at Cleveland Hotel,
Cleveland, 0. Dec. 6.
Mr. and Mrs. Morry M. Fenton will be hosts at a reception Sun-
day, Dec. 16, at 8 p. m. at the Book Cadillac Hotel, in honor of their
daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Julian C. Frank. No cards.
Mr. and Mrs. Abe Gordon have returned to their home after
spending three weeks visiting their son, Louis J. Gordon, in Wash-
ington, D. C., and their children, Rabbi and Mrs. Albert"A. Gordon
and granddaughter, Judith Michele, in Sioux City, Iowa.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Mann of Ohio Ave. left for Miami' Beach,
