Mr. and Mrs. Julius Green of Muirland Ave. and Mr. and Mrs.
Phillip Lipson of Fairfield Ave. are leaving this Friday for Palm
Beach where they will be guests at the Mayflower Hotel for a few
aseeks.
Mrs. Maurice Morse of Wildemere Ave. left on Thursday to
Spend a few days in New York.
Mr. and Mrs. William Graham of Parkside Ave. have left for
New Haven, Conn.. where they will visit their son who is attend-
ing Yale University and other members of the their family. They
plan to go to Florida for a few weeks before returning home.
Mr. and Mrs. Saul Saulson of Broadstreet Blvd. have returned
from a visit in Cleveland.
Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Gerson of the Belcrest are planning to leave
this Sunday for Philadelphia where they will visit their son-in-law
and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Sol Kushner, before going to Miami
Beach.
Mr. and Mrs. Harold Ehrlich of Warrington Rd. and Mr. and
Mrs. James Stein of Northlawn Ave returned from a visit in New
York.
Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Loewenstein of Warrington Rd. left last
Saturday to spend a month in California.
Mrs. Maurice Siden grid daughter, Elaine, of LaSalle Blvd. re-
turned from a 10-day stay in Battle Creek and Chicago.
Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Kaplan of Lakepointe Ave. left for Miami
Beach where they plan to spend a few weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. Morris Mersky of Tuxedo Ave. had as guests for
a few days Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Duken of Syracuse, N. Y.
Mr. and Mrs. Sam Gunsberg of Cortland Ave. left on Monday
to spend a few weeks in Miami Beach.
Mrs. Moe Rattner of Longfellow Ave. has returned from Los
Angeles where she visited with members of her family.
Mrs. Aaron Silberblatt of W. Chicago Blvd. left for Battle
Creek where she plans to spend six weeks. Mr. Silberblatt will joint
her for week-ends.
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Satovsky of Chicago Blvd. are spending
a few weeks in Miami Beach, Fla.
Mrs. Leslie Morrison of Los Angeles has been visiting with
members of her family in Pontiac and Detroit.
Lillian Litvin of Woodingham Dr. is spending 10 days in Chicago
as the guest of Lorraine Goodman.
Mrs. Aubrey Shapero of Glenwood Ave. left on Monday for
Los Angeles where she will visit her brother-in-law and sister, Mr.
and Mrs. Isadore Cohen.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Keywell of Fairfield Ave. are vacationing

Rabbi Adler to Speak
To Congress Women

Rabbi Morris Adler will be
guest speaker at the meeting of
the Detroit Women's Division of
the American Jewish Congress to
be held Wednesday, Feb. 19, at
the Book-Cadillac Hotel.
Luncheon, at 12:30 p. m., will
precede Rabbi Adler's address on
the subject "Putting Religion to
Work." This follows the AJC
Women's Division national
theme for the month, "Religion
at Work in the Community."
Plans for the meeting are being
made by Mrs. Samuel Olsher,
