To Convene Here Dec. 28

fraternity,. will be hosts at the
group's 39th annual meting, an

Book-Cadillac Hotel.

world famous Yiddish poet, H.
Leivick, the City Committee of
Jewish National Workers Alli-
ance will sponsor a Hanukah
party this Sunday evening, Dec.
22. at the main auditorium of the
Jewish Center.
All Detroit Jews are invited to
participate and to hear Mr. Lei-
vick report on his experiences in
Europe among the DPs, during
his visit in Germany as a member
of the delegation representing the
World Jewish Congress.
This will be Mr. Leivick's first
appearance in Detroit since his I
eventful European trip.
Cantor Hyman Adler of Cong.
Bnai David will be featured in
the musical program. Cantor Ad-
ler will light the Hanukah can-
dles and will sing latest Palestin-
ian folks songs.
