Mr. and Mrs. J. Goldman of Griggs Ave. have returned from
a visit with their son, Robert, who is attending Georgia Military
Academy in Atlanta.
Mrs. Royal Allen Oppenheim visited h, Washington last week,
to attend the reception given by Russian Ambassador Nikolai V.
Novikov at the Soviet Embassy. Mrs. Oppenheirri was the guest of
her brother, Dr. Alwyn Vernon Freeman, assistant legal advisor
to the State Department.
Mr. and Mrs. Marshall I. Brenner and family have moved from
Euclid Ave. to 2305 Taylor.
Mrs. Chas. Smith of 18654 San Juan Drive will be hostess at
a tea honoring her son's fiancee, Miss Roslyn Tauber, from 2 to

their 14th wedding anniversary Nov. 6. Mrs. Levine was honored
with the good neighbor of the week orchid of the Northwest
