at 7 p. m. Sunday, July 14, at the

gown of ivory satin fashioned
with a fitted bodice with a sweet-
heart neckline and long tight
sleeves, and the full skirt which
was hooped at the sides extending
into a long full train. Her veil of
illusion which was formed into
a Julliet cap bound with braided
satin extended beyond the train.
She carried a bible to which were

Hotel on June 29, Lorraine Denen-

Jacob Denenburg of Central Ave.,
became the bride of Martin
Blanck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Na-

and Leonard Frank. Larry Gutten-
berg served his cousin as best
man.

Detroi. members of Cosmopoli-
tan Bnai Brith Bowling League,
formed last year, have taken a
huge -stride forward in bettering
relationships with fellow Christian
bowlers, it is announced by Harry
Thomas, league president.
An. Inter-Faith schedule has
been arranged beginning in Sep-
tember in which each of the 12
teams in the Cosmo league will
bowl a quintet from various
Catholic and Protestant • loops
once every two weeks.
"Frank Mitzel, president of the
Detroit Bowling Association, thinks
it's a swell idea, and has helped
arrange the schedule in Detroit,"
Thomas said. `By combining sport
and ci interests we also will
improve relationships between:
Christians and Jews."
The league will have two ban-
quets, one in mid-season with
wives invited, and a stag at the
close of the season,
