man Jews is submitting to San Francisco a
memorandum in which it states that "German
citizens should not be compelled_ to return to
Germany or to remain citizens of Germany;
that they should be compensated for losses
'caused by the Nazis, and that their persecutors
should be punished as war criminals."
"Possibly the Germans have lost the war,"
says an appeal by the Nazi underground
(Werewolf) movement, "but the -- war against
the Jews is not lost and will continue in the
future." The appeal was broadcast to German
youths in the Allied-occupied sections of
Germany in an effort to persuade them to
murder Jewish soldiers and officers holding
administrative posts there.
