Lt. Melvin S. Moss. is home on leave visiting with his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Sydney Moss of 18281 Pennington Drive. He leaves
June 2, to return to his post, the Las Vegas Army Airfield, Las
Vegas, Nevada.
Alfred Gilberg of Tucson, Ariz., spent the past six weeks
with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Gliberg of Canterbury 'Dr.
Mr. and Mrs. Murray Berg of 9387 Wildemere Ave. have moved
to 507 W. Midland Ave., -Bay City.
Mr. and. Mrs. A. M. Ferar, formerly of Wildemere Ave., are
now residing at 2687 Fleet St.
Mr. and Mrs. Edwin M. Marks (Lauretta DeYoung) have re-
turned from their honeymoon in Chicago and are visiting- in the
Roselawn Apts., Highland Park.
Pfc. Robert A. Krause, who has completed his course at Scott
Field, is home on a 15-day furlough. . His brother, Pfc. Gerald
Krause, a student at the School of Dentistry of the University of
Michigan, was home last week-end. Both are son sof Mr. and
Mrs. Julius B. Krause of Steel Ave.
Mr. and Mrs: Harry C. Davidson of 2918 Webb Ave. will re-
ceive on Sunday, June 11, 2 to 5 p. m.„ in honor of the golden
wedding anniversary of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Silver.

Pvt. Stanley Gavern, who is on furlough. from his post at
Incliantown Gap, Pa., is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs.. Meyer
Gavern.
Mr. and Mrs. Meyer Gavern will attend the graduation of their
son, A/C Allan Gavern at Chanute Field, Ill., on June 5. Following
his graduation in Air Corps Meteorology, he will return home for
a 10 day furlough as Lt. Gavern.
Celebrating her consecration from Shaarey Zedek, Estelle Green
will be hostess to 15 girls at luncheon on Saturday.
Mrs. Ida Bloom of the Belcrest Hotel is visiting her:son-in-law
and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Max Holstein of Akron, 0. _
Miss Clarice Freud of Whitmore Rd. has returned from Cleve-
land where she spent a few days.
Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Hyman, their daughter, Emmy Loe, and.
their •son, Joseph Jr., have returned to their home in Cincinnati
after a short visit with Mrs. Hyman's brother-in-law and sister,
Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Weisman of Boston Blvd.
Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Klein of Chicago Blvd. had as their guest
last week. Mrs. Klein's brother-in-law, J. Robert Wolf of Boston,
Mass. •
Mr. and Mrs. Jacob B. Lasky of Miami Beach, Fla., are the
guests o_f their son-in-law . and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas

Chaplain and Mrs. Morris Adler and their daughter; Shula-
mith, have come from Utica, N. Y., where Chaplain Alder has
been stationed, to visit with friends.
Dr. and Mrs. Noah E. Aronstam of- Eason Ave. have left for
New York City where they will be the guests of their son-in-law
and daughter, Dr; and Mrs. Luis Perelman.
Miss•Zeima Rosenthal of the Belcrest Hotel has returned from
Beaumont, Tex., where she spent a few weeks visiting with her
sister, Mrs. Samuel Weinstein, and her brother and sister-in-law,
Mr. and _Mrs. Bernard Rosenthal.
Pvt. Jack D. Fromm. is spending a 17-day furlough with his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. A: Anthony Fromm of Huntington Woods,
before returning to:his .post at Camp Reynolds, Pa. •
Miss Selma Sempliner of the Chatham Apt. has returned from
a few_ days' visit in . Cleveland.

on Monday from New York City where Lt. Brown has been
