were guests at a tea which was given last Sunday afternoon at the
Shaarey Zedek Synagogue.

well Field. Ala., after a short furlough spent with his mother, Mrs.

Dr. Milton H. Ericson, authori-
ty on hypnosis, will address the
Sisterhood of Temple Beth El
on March 13, at 2 p. m., in the
Brown Memorial Chapel. His
topic will be The Scientific Ap-
proach to Hypnosis."
Director of psychiatric research
and training at Eloise Hospital
and assistant professor of psy-
chiatry at Wayne University
Medical School, Dr. Ericson has
a national reputation for his re-
search work in the field of hyp-
nosis. He is the author of many
articles which appeared in pro-
fessional magazines.
The meeting will be preceded
by a luncheon at 1:30, in the so-
cial hall at Temple Beth El.

ish Campaigns. She formerly
served. as membership secretary
and publicity director of -the - Jew-
ish Center. At present• she is a
member of the executive commit-
tee of the Metropolitan Detroit
Youth Council. •
Upon her completion of the
USO course, Miss Ferman will
be assigned a USO post on the
west coast.
