A "Citizens for Victory Com-
mittee" was organized here this
week to oppose the re-election
of candidates who obstructed
America's war effort and prevent-
ed aid to the United Nations be-
fore Pearl Harbor.
Working in accordance with
calls for the election of "A Con-
gress to Win the War", this con),

chosen secretary. -
These boys will hold office for
four weeks and will then besuc-
ceeded by a new set of officals,
democratically elected by the
campers.
No elected officer may run for
office twice in the same season.
Each cabin in camp, or every
group of four boys, is represented
by an agent who is chosen by
them to carry out the suggestions
and wishes of the cabin group.
The camp council sets up the
program of activities. The food
and sanitation committees make
suggestions with regard to menus
and the cleanliness of camp.
Rules and regulations pertaining
to the health and safety of the
boys are suggested by the council
in conjunction with the doctor
and the nurse and the boys have
an opportunity to learn some-
thing of self-government.
