Dr. Jacobson Gets
Medical Degree

Mr. and Mrs. Max Weinberg of West Outer drive announce, the
engagement of their daughter, Maxine, to Philip Rothschild, son of
Mrs. Hilda Rothschild of West Robinwood avenue. The bride-elect
attended the University of Wisconsin and Katherine Gibbs School
in Boston. Mr. Rothschild is a 'graduate of Wayne. University and a
member of the Jewish Chronicle staff.



Mrs. Molly Weinstein of Tyler avenue announces the engagement
of her daughter, Jean, to Jay Becker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Morris
Becker. The bride-elect and her fiance attended Wayne University.
Mr. Becker is now a student at the National College of Chiropractics,
in Chicago. The wedding will be held on July 15.

Jerry Kenneth • Jacobson,
D.D.S., received his medical de-
gree June 16 froth the University
of Michigan.
Dr. Jacobson received his den-
tal degree in 1944 from the same
school and was awarded the oral
surgery appointment at the Uni-
versity Hospital for three years.
He entered medical school in
1947. Dr. and Mrs. Jacobson
