NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATOR
STATE OF MICHIGAN
IN THE PROBATE COURT FOR THE
COUNTY OF WAYNE
To LOUIS WECHSLER, a Public
Administrator of said County, Greet-
ing:
You have been appointed adminis-
trator of said estates, and having given
bond in the premises which has been
duly approved and filed as required
by law, I do by these presents commit
unto you full power and authority to
administer and faithfully dispose of,
according to law, all and singular the
goods, chattels, rights, credits and es-
tates of said disappeared or missing
persons, which shall at any time come
into your possession, or to the pos-
session of any other person for you
and to ask, gather, levy, recover and
receive all goods, chattels, rights,
credits and estates whatsoever of said
disappeared or missing persons, which
to them at the time of their disappear-
ance did belong, and to pay and dis-
charge all debts and charges eliarge-
able on the same, or such dividend
thereon as shall be ordered and de-
creed by said court, hereby requiring
you to make an return to said court,
within thirty days, a true and perfect
inventory of all the goods, chattels,
rights, credits and estate of said dis-
appeared or missing persons, which
shall come to your possession or
knowledge, or to the possession of
any other person for you, and also
to render a just and true account of
your administration to said court
within one year, and at least once in
each year thereafter during your ad-
ministration, and at any other time
when required by said court, and to
perform all orders and decrees by said
court by you to be performed in the
premises.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed the
seal of said Court, at the City of De-
troit, Michigan, in said County, this
17th day of November, A.D., 1950.

At a session of said court held in
the Courthouse in the city of Detroit,
in said county, on the 1st day of No-
vember. A.D., 1950.

Notice is hereby given of the grant-
ing of administration on the 1st day
of November, A.D., 1950, by Order of
this Court to FREDERICK YATES, a
Public Administrator for said County,
upon the petition of D'Arcy O'Brien,
Public Administrator of the State of
Michigan, duly filed in this Court. In
each of the above entitled and com-
bined estates of the above named per-
sons who have disappeared and have
not been heard from for a continuous
period of more than seven years.
This notice is given pursuant to the
provisions of Act 329, Public Acts of
1947, being the Michigan Code of
Escheats.
It is ordered that this notice be
published once in each week for three
successive weeks in the Detroit Jew-
ish Chronicle, a newspaper printed,
published and circulated in said coun-
ty.
