We are certain that there are
hundreds of talented teens in the

shows as special guest, further-
more we feel that such a youth
center is badly needed and that
the teenagers of our city who can
not afford more expensive enter-

a center. We would like to hear
your opinion. As a matter of fact

IT WAS WITH A great deal of
pleasure that your reporter heard
of the plans of two Doty seniors,
Barbara Phillips and Sandy Col-
liers. These ambitious gals often
walk by the abandoned armory
on Collingwood and Hamilton
and frequently wondered why
such a huge hall sits idle instead
of being put to some helpful
civic use.
As a matter of fact these gals,
like many Detroiters, are regular
watchers of the TV club from
Philadelphia which stars teenage
talent and free entertainment and
dancing for all the teenagers who
wish to share in the fun at the
huge Philadelphia Armory.
