Plans June Nuptials

Shirley Cavitch, daughter of
Mrs. Bessie Cavitch of Traverse
City, became the bride of Sam
Gordon at a evening ceremony
Sunday, Oct. 23 at Zach's.
The ceremony was performed
by Rabbi Adler.
Shirley wore a white satin
princess gown, lung train, finger
tip veil and carried white roses.
Miss Helen Lazarus was maid of
honor and Adele Lazarus was
bridesmaid.
Zaul Cavitch. brother of the
bride, served as best man and
David Cavitch, another brother
of Shirley's, was usher.
After the ceremony dinner was
served for 150 guests. Following
a honeymoon in Chicago the cou-
ple will reside in Detroit.
