There's still time to get your
tickets to the Tom Kippur Night
Dance. From all reports, ticket
sales are going pretty well, but
we're still depending on all of you
to sell all the tickets you possibly

by a successful dance.

All the way from the Landsherg, Germany, DP camp came
Isaac Sandau to register hi. son Eliezer, 4, in the nursery of
Yeshivath Beth Yehudah. Sandau at first refused to go to the
U.S. because he believed he could not raise his son in the
ancient Jewish traditions. Informed that facilities for such an
education existed in Detroit, he emigrated directly here and
made arrangements for the child's education soon after his
arrival. Sandau, a shoemaker, lives at 143 Calvert avenue,
in a flat maintained by the Resettlement Bureau.
