Plans Nuptials on April 24

Leah Weberman Wed
in Bel-Aire Ceremony

In a candlelight ceremony at
Bel-Aire, Leah Weberman be-
came the bride of Seymour
Daniel Kaplan. The Rev. Hyman
Schulsinger officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and rrs. Morris Weber-
man of Euclid avenue west. Mr.
and Mrs. Benjamin Kaplan of
Ypsilanti are the parents of the
bridegroom.
A traditional white satin gown
was chosen by the bride. Her
fingertip veil was held by pearl
tiara. She carried a Bible
adorned with white orchids.
Mrs. Dave Schwartz was
matron of honor, and Sara,
Edith and Rose Weberman, sis-
ters of the bride, served as
bridesmaids. Other attendants
were Jane Weberman, junior
bridesmaid, and Frances Siss-
man, flower girl.
Dave Schwartz was best man,
with Fred Swartz, Hal Eisen-
berg and Manny Kalef, ushers'
Seymour Weberman, the bride's
brother, junior usher; and Mi-
chael Sissman, ring bearer.
The couple have returned
from a honeymoon in New
York and are making their
home in Ypsilanti.

Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Cohen
of Sturtevant avenue were hosts
to 60 members and wives of Mu
Kappa alumni of Sigma Alpha
Mu at a Chanukah party.

Mr. and Mrs. Leo M. Butzel
will leave Saturday for Palm
Beach, Fla.

navy net and carrying white orchids, Janis Ann Bennett became
the bride of Henry N. Ehrlich Dec. 28 at the Hotel Statler.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob R. Bennett
of Pittsburg, Kan. Her huSband is the son of Mrs. Joseph H.
Ehrlich of the Belcrest, and the late Mr. Ehrlich.
Ilene Bennett attended her sister as maid of honor. She
wore a lace ballerina length gown in cafe-au-lait shade and
carried a colonial bouquet of talisman roses.
Dr. Samuel Gingold was best man. The ushers were Mervin
Pregulman and Bill Davidson.
For the wedding trip tQ New York, the bride wore a plum
briffidcloth costume suit with matching hat.
