Jack Malamuds Plan
Visit in South America

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard B. Burg of Calvert avenue announce
the engagement of their daughter Ruth Anita to Benjamin Milton
Glass, son of Mrs. Hyman Glass of Los Angeles, and the late
Mr. Glass. The wedding will take place in January.
Announcement is made by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Blau of
Sturtevant avenue of the betrothal of their daughter Esther to
Maurice Morger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Morger of .Colling-
wood avenue.
Mr. and Mrs. Oscar H. Feinberg of Webb avenue announce the
engagement of their daughter Selma Natale to Seymour Marshall,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Nathaniel Raskin of Collingwood avenue.
No wedding date has been set.
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Rosenstein of Hazelwood avenue an-
nounce the engagement of their daughter Rachel to Arthur S.
Hollander, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Hollander of Indianapolis.
Miss Rosenstein attended Wayne University and the Detroit
Business University. Her fiance, a veteran, is a graduate of Butler
University, Indianapolis. He is a Rabbinical student of the Jewish
Theological. Seminary, New York City.

wedding at which Rebecca Ten-
enbaum became the bride of
Abraham Schwartz, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Morris Schwartz of
LaSalle boulevard, and Frances
Tenenbaum became the bride
of Marvin Saffer, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Jack Saffer of Glen-
dale avenue.

CHOOSES WHITE SATIN

Rebecca, who was preceded
down the aisle by her matron
of honor, Mrs. Gerald Altman,
chose a gown of white satin
with a sweetheart neckline, a
fitted bodice and a full skirt
which ended in a long train.
Her beaded tiara held in place
her veil of illusion. She carried
a Bible with white orchids.
Frances, who was preceded
down the aisle by her maid of
honor, Frances Duz, wore an
ivory satin gown fashioned
with a'sweetheart neckline, fit-
ted bodice and full skirt.
The sleeves ended in a point
over her wrists. Her headdress
was a seed pearl beaded tiara
and the veil was of illusion. She
also carried a Bible covered
with white orchids.

Covington drive of the betrothal of their daughter Marilyn Ruth
to Murray J. Grant, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Grant of Hart-
ford, Conn.
Mr. Grant is a senior, and Miss Weisman a sophomore at the
University of Michigan. They plan to be married in June and to
make their home in Hartford.
