Dulcie Krasnick Feted
at Statler Luncheon

Henrietta Jacobs, daughter of
the late Mr. and Mrs. Isadore
Jacobs of Cleveland, was united
in Marriage Oct. 3 to Sam H.
Sofer, son of Mrs. Mathilda So-
fer of Chicago boulevard.
Rabbi Morris Adler read the
service which took place at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Max
Leichtling of Oakman boulevard.
A wedding breakfast followed
the ceremony.
For her marriage, the bride
chose a costume suit of cinna-
mon color and brown accessories.
She wore a brown orchid.
The couple will live in De-
troit.

Iris Ann Kerner, daughter of
• Mr. and Mrs. Max B. Kerner,
was united in marriage to J.
Richard Fynke in an evening
ceremony Oct. 7 at the Lincoln-
shire drive home of the bride's
parents.
Dr. and Mrs. Morris Fynke of
Woodmere, LI., are parents of
the bridegroom. The service was
read by Dr. B. Benedict Glazer.
The bride chose a gown of
camellia white satin, simple in
design. A high neckline and
. long-fitted sleeves complemented
the polonaise draper at the hip-
. line.
Her long-tiered veil of silk
illusion was held in place by a
coronet of heirloom, rosepointe
lace, the second tier being edged
in a rosepointe applique. She
carried a Bible adorned with or-
chids.
Serving the bride were her
sister -Mrs. Bernard Siegel, ma-
tron of honor, and Judy Kutzen,
flower girl. Bernard Siegel was
best man, -while Robert Kutzen
and Bernard Kerner were
ushers. Ring-bearer was Richard
Siegel.
Following the ceremony, the
newlyweds left for a Chicago
honeymoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Merwin Gross-
berg of Wildemere avenue are
home froit -a sojourn in Atlantic
City and New York City.

Visiting in New York City are
Mr. and Mrs. Max Kirschbaum
of Fullerton avenue.

Mrs. Albert Clinton of San
Juan drive left this week for a
visit in New York City.

Cantor and Mrs. Jacob Sonen-
klar of Calvert avenue have as
their guests for the holidays their
children, Mr. and Mrs. Robert
Tucker of Texas.

Mrs. Charles Gross was the setting for the marriage of their
daughter Edith to Ehen Fridenberg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph
Fridenberg of Chatham, Ont. Rabbi Morris Adler officiated at the
ceremony, Sept. 19.
The bride teas lovely in a gown of ivory satin with a full
train and seed-pearl embroidered, sweetheart neckline. Her fin-
gertip veil of illusion was held by a tiara of seed pearls. She
carried a white mother-of-pearl Bible trimmed with large, white
orchids, stephanotis and long, satin streamers.
Rita Goodman of Chatham was maid of honor. Bridesmaids
included Mrs. Betty Weingarten and Mrs. Evelyn Feldman, sisters
of the bride.
Serving his brother as best man was Monty Fridenberg, while
Seymour Feldman and Julius Weintarten were ushers.
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds left on a three-week
motor trip to Miami.
