at Luncheon, Shower
To Wed Thursday

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Gross of Sturtevant avenue announce
the engagement of their daughter Edith to Eben Fridenberg, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Fridenberg of Chatham, Ont. Miss Gross
is a graduate of Wayne University, where she was affiliated with
Iota Alpha Pi.
The engagement of Barbara Lichtenstein to Leonard Barron,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Barron of Waverly avenue, is an-
nounced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Lichtenstein of Buena
Vista avenue. A November wedding is planned.
Mr. and Mrs Julius Rabinowitz announce the betrothal of
their daughter Doris to Harry A. Kashtan, son of Mrs. Jacob
Kashton and the late Mr. Kashtan. The bride-elect attended the
University of Michigan and is now a student at Wayne University.
Her fiance attends the Wayne college of medicine. A late sum-
mer wedding is planned.
