PHIL ROTHSCHILD

"I SINCERELY HOPE lung
" skirts are here to stay," so
writes one of my close bach-
elor pals. "I admire a well-
shaped leg, but I'm getting tired
of seeing kneecaps, bow legs
and varicose veins. So, what
could be better than the new
look covering up all three de-
ficiencies and putting the fern
in a new light?"
My boy, you've got something
there . . . I think we'll have
our survey dept. check on legs
before and after long skirts.

I was not supposed to see it
but the goyim were being paid

served in jail!
Why did these boys have 10
