Cohen was elevated to the
presidency of the BBYM after

zation's national secretary-treas-
urer. He is a graduate of the
University of Miami, Coral Ga-
bles, Fla., where he was a stu-
dent leader at the Bnai Brith
Hillel Foundation. Cohen is cur-
rently doing experimental work
for the navy.
Following the lead of the re-
cent triennial convention of
Bnai Brith, the BBYM conclave
passed a resolution urging Con-
gress to adopt emergency legis-
lation to use unfilled immigra-
tion quotas for the entrance into
the United States of 100,000 dis-
placed persons annually for the
next four years.
