Jewish Congress, will be held May
21 in the Jewish Community Cen-

the United Zionist-Revisionist na-
tional convention will be held by
the Detroit chapter at 8:30 p. m.
Saturday, at Lachar's Restaurant,

Decoration Day weekend in At-

fair of the David Horodoker
Juniors will take place Monday
evening, May 26, at Rosenberg's
Catering Co.
The club has donated $200 to

STIMULATED BY her mother's
interest in Jewish affairs, Carol
Landau has taken on four separ-
ate assignments in the junior
division drive. Dubbed "Girl Fri-
day" by Harry Heller, executive
director of the division, Carol, a
full-time day volunteer worker, Is
responsible for the statistical sec-
tion for which she prepares re-
ports, summarizes procedures, and
delegates work to the volunteer
day staff.
In addition she is a captain in
the drive and assists in the spe-
cial solicitation secton.
Carol receved her B.A. in June
of 1946 from the University of
Illinois where she was a member
of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority,
active 'n the Pan Hellenic execu-
tive vunell, Union Board and
Hillel Foundation.
Rounding out the family's cam-
paign activities, Mr. Landau is a
member of the executive commit-
tee for the dry goods' section.
