The Legacy of Franklin Delano
Roosevelt" will be the subject of
the eulogy to be delivered by Rab-
bi Leon Fram in observance of
the second anniversary of the
President's death.
The sermon will be delivered at
the Sabbath Eve services of Tem-
ple Israel at 8:30 p.1m. April 11
in the lecture hall of the Detroit
Institute of Arts.
In honor of the occasion, the
Girl Scouts and the Brownies,
sponsored by the Sisterhood of
Temple Israel, will lead the con-
gregation in a salute to the flag
and pledge of allegiance.
The Temple Israel choir, directed
by Dan Frohman, a special re-
ligious school choir, consisting of
the confirmation classes of 1917-
48 and conducted by Cantor Rob-
ert S. Tillman, will render Pas-
sover melodies.
On Friday, April 11, at 10:30
a. m., Temple Israel will observe
Yiskor in the Art Institute.
