JACK HALPERIN BOND CHAIRMAN

Jack Halperin of Halperin Clothing, is chairman of the bond drives
in the district. Max Raimi, of Detroit Laundry Supply is publicity director.
Both of these men give credit to the merchants of
Twelfth Street for their untiring efforts. They also
give credit to the gallants and the organizations
who bring the bond sales in. All of the bond sales
have been in small amounts, varying from twenty-
five to a thousand dollars per sale.
Commenting on the two leaders, Frank N.
Isbey, Chairman of the War Finance Committee,
made the following statement.
"We have no other workers in our War
Finance army that have contributed more than
Nate Shecter and Jack Halperin for the pa3t
four and a half year. They have never failed to
do continuously everything they could as patriots
and volunteers. They have done a magnificent job.
We propose to recognize their efforts as soon as

the Victory Loan Drive is over."
