shivah and they were lodged in

the Detroiters were taken to the
Hebrew Parochial School and
were shown the activities and
accomplishments of the Cleve-
land pupils. On Friday evening
they were officially welcomed by

Rosh Yeshivah of Telshe. On

Hospital Under Way
Designing of Detroit's Jew-
ish hospital is under way, with
Albert Kahn Associated Archi-
tects and Engineers, Inc., as
architect. Planning operations
were begun in November on the
first unit, to comprise at least
two hundred beds.
Dr. J. J. Golub, superinten-
tendent of New York's Hospi-
tal for Joint Diseases and the
Jewish Hospital Association's
consultant, as well as an advi-
sory group of representative lo-
cal physicians and surgeons, will
cooperate with the Kahn organi-
zation in planning the hospital.
