place June 3. Mr. and Mrs.
Grossman left for a trip to the
Smoky Mountains, Tenn., and will
reside on Seneca Ave. upon their
return.

The marriage of Miss Rhoda
Cowen, (laughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Thomas Cowen of Glynn Court,
and Sgt. Harold Rosensweet, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rosen-
sweet of Boston Blvd., took place
Sunday, June 3, at the Whittier
Hotel. Dr. A. M. Hershman per-
formed the ceremony under a
carnation canopy and by candle-
light.
For her wedding the bride
chose a white satin gown, trim-
med with seeded pearls. Her
headdress was a Juliet cap
trimmed also with seede'd pearls
and was finger-tip length. Her
bouquet was composed of two
white orchids covering her Bible.
The maid of honor, sister of
the bride. Helen Cowen, wore
a powder blue gown and carried
an old-fashioned bouquet. The
best man was Morton Kaufman.
The bride's mother wore a gold
gown trimmed with aqua and
wearing an orchid.
The bridegroom's mother wore
a sureace gown with an orchid.
The bride and groom will spend
their honeymoon at the Edge-
water Beach Hotel in Chicago.
They will then go to Baltimore
where Sgt. Rosensweet is sta-
tioned.
GOLDSTROM - LEVINSON
