National Clothing Collection for one day's work, this Sunday, April 29.
The men are needed to help in a city wide, house-to-house canvas. Without
this aid, it will be impossible to collect all the clothes Detroit wants to
contribute. Our quota 10 million pounds of used clothing for our suffering
Allies.
There are 1,000 trucks and drivers available but needed are 4,000 men to
carry the clothing from the houses to the trucks. Men of this vicinity are
urged to call CA. 5951, between 9 a. m. and 8 p. m. to volunteer their
