Sorry No Chocolate
Bunnies This Easter!
vv
E KNOW IT seems pretty important to have
chocolate bunnies and all the other molded choco-
late novelty candies which have been a part of Easter—
hut this year the people who make these molds are mak-
ing gas masks and other equipment for our fighting men.
And there won't be any fancy wrappings or trim-
mings for your Easter candy this year either. You know
how important it is to save paper for packaging our war
materials, and to have people and machinery making
things far more important than fancy trimmings.
Easter means so many other things—things that in
reality and spirit will soon be ours again. In the mean-
time, Easter will mean no less to us because there are no
novelties and fancy trimmings, we'll wait for the "trim-
mings" in happy days ahead!
