The Honor Roll campaign was
formally opened with a tea held
at the home of Mrs. Fred Gins-
burg, Sept. 2. Mrs. Gould an-
nounces that due to the energetic
work of the pre-solicitation com-
mittee, well over half the total
of last year's subscribers have
already paid or pledged to this
year's campaign.

A series of teas under the sup-
ervision of Mrs. Philip Lipson
were held Sept. 9, which served
a two-fold purpose. First to save
gas, tires and energy, by holding
the meetings in convenient neigh-
borhood homes and secondly to
better acquaint new members with
the work of Hadassah. The fol-
lowing is a list of hostesses and
their guest speakers:
Mesdames Walter Field, Harry
Jackson; Theodore Levin, Engel-
