Preliminary plans have been
completed for the next quarterly
conference of the delegates to the
Jewish Community Council of De-
troit, which will take place on
Sunday, April 12. The conference
will take the form of an all-day
institute, which will include round
table sessions in the afternoon
on four aspects of the Council's
program, a special session devoted
to criticisms and discussion, and
an evening dinner meeting to be
addressed by a speaker of national
prominence.
A program committee consisting
of Dr. Alexander Sanders, Law-
rence Crohn, Rabbi Morris Adler,
Aaron Rosenberg, and Morris
Garvett have been planning the
details of this institute.
The institute will center around
the theme, "The Community Coun-
