Hyman of New York, executive
vice-chairman of the J.D.C., pre-
sent an analysis of the agency's
budgetary requirements for the
first half of 1942. Dr. Jonah B.
Wise of New York, J.D.C., vice-
chairman, presided.
A message from Edward M. M.
Warburg, J. D. C. chairman, who
was unable to be present, was
read by Morris C. Troper, head
of the J. D. C.'s European pro-
gram, who is now in the United
