The essays of S. B. Komaiko
of 175 W. Jackson Blvd., Chi-
cago, prominent American Jew-
ish journalist, appeared this week
in Hebrew translation. J. Lieben-
son of 5531 Washington Blvd.,
Chicago, is the translator.
"Ha-Olorn Hatzvuah" is the title
of the book, meaning the "Imita-
ting World." It is a collection
of descriptions of the transforma-
tion of Jewish immigrants to this
country, their conflicts in their
new environments, the new con-
ditions they must fit into.
Mr. Komaiko's book is the
third in a series he had written
during the past few years.
