Congressman Clarence J. Mc-
Leod of Detroit on Sept. 23 in-
serted in the Congressional Rec-
ord the article that appeared in
the Purely Commentary Column
(by Philip Slomovitz) of The De-
troit Jewish Chronicle of Sept.
13 under the heading "Nazi Re-
vival of Yellow Badge."
In an introduction to his ex-
tension of remarks incorporating
this article in the Congressional
Record, Congressman McLeod
wrote:
"This article portrays the ne-
cessity of spreading good will
among our fellow men rather
than encouraging the class hat-
red which has been springing up,
particularly in the last few
years."

Olympia Baths

Among the many thousands
who have found relief in the
Mt. Clemens mineral baths, prob-
ably none arc more thankful
than Mandal Mandel, Toronto
business man, who, brought here
three weeks ago in a serious con-
dition, and after a course of
baths at Kraemer's Olympic
Baths, left last week restored to
health after a severe case of
arthritis.
His attendant was
Archie Boyer.
Taking the baths was not a
new experience for Mandel. He
has made nine trips here, the
last being in 1930. On each trip,
he states, he has been helped.
In Toronto, Mandel is the head
of the M. Mandel & Sons, a well
known lumber concern.
In speaking of his experience
with the mineral baths Mandel
said: "It's wonderful to feel good
again, and I cannot say too much
for the mineral waters you have
here."
