GENEVA. — (WNS)
Rev.
Theophile Grin, leader of one of
the world's smallest minorities
group, the Romansh-speaking
Swiss, has launched, a new move-
ment in behalf of the Jewish
cause. Calling the movement "La
Deliverance," Rev. Grin plans to
organize Swiss support for the
establishment of a Jewish State
in Palestine. A manifesto has
been isued to the Swiss govern-
ment to petition Great Britain to
carry out the mandate of the
Balfour Declaration's promise of
facilitating the creation of a Jew-
ish National Home in the Holy
Land. Romansh is a Rhaeto-Ro-
manic dialect spoken in Grisons
Canton.

IN SISTERHOOD'S ART CALENDAR

ZURICH. (WNS)—That Jew-
baiting and anti-Jewish demon-
strations will not be tolerated in
Switzerland was apparent after
a Zurich court acquitted a con-
tributor to the Jewish paper
"Israelitischer Wochenblatt" of
charges of slander. The plaintiff,
II. L. Servattaz, former editor
of the Geneva anti - Semitic
monthly "L'Ilomme de Droite,"
complained that he had been
called II "vile liar, forger and
professional offender." The court
ruled that the plaintiff's "inex-
cusable, unscrupulous Jew-bait-
ing" justified the remarks against
him. Servattaz was charged by
the court to pay the trial costs
and indemnity to the defendant.
He was represented by Dr.
Friedrich Unsprung. attorney for
the Nazi defendants in the fam-
ous "Protocols" trial.

In the practical form of an
