seen. Incidentally, the Palestine
Pavilion, in which Jewish prog-
ress in Eretz Yisroel will be dis-
played, will be one of the inter-
esting features of the fair. The
actual building of the Pavilion
has started.
Heinz dome, resembling a bee
hive, is in harmony with the
theme architecture of the fair
buildings, most strikingly devel-
oped in the already famous peri-
sphere and tryfon. It is support-
ed by 19 columns, arranged in
rya etrical lines. Startling light-
ing effects have been devised and
the curvature of the interior will
be flooded with light by the use
of florescent tubes. Twenty thou-
sand square feet of floor space
are crowned by the dome, which
has been treated with acoustical
material. Part of the building will
be air-conditioned. Exhibits will
be as unique as the structure
that houses them.
The Heinz people will sample
many of the famous 57 varieties
to visitors including several of
the Heinz products which bear
the symbol of approval of the
Union of Orthodox Jewish Con-
gregations of America.
