Will Their Standard
of Living Endure?

All too often, the unexpected
death of the breadwinner means
that the standard of living to
which he has accustomed his fam-
ily and dependents will have to be radically revised. Most
families under the circumstances would have to come down
too suddenly to a lower standard of living. To guard against
this danger, the Great-West Life has worked out a practical
readjustment income plan. Let me give you full particulars--
you will be interested.

Dr. Cyrus Adler in the following
statement:
"The Jewish Publication Sod-

nearly 60 years the most impor-

dissemination of the knowledge
of Judaism in any language, and
it has done more than dissem-
inate literature, but has stimu-
lated Jewish research and learn-

As a public non-profit philan-

because it is the only one that
returns an immediate dividend.
Members receive back in books
more than the equivalent of the
amount which they pay.
"These two virtues and many
others should stimulate the Jews
of America to a much larger
support of the Publication Soci-

Outstanding classics have been
published by the Jewish Publica-

additional scholarly works are
now in press.• Members are en-

There have been rumors circula/t.

Signed statements have been se-
cured from this firm by the Joint
Boycott Council of New York,
copies of which are on file in the
office of the League. These state-
ments declare definitely that none
of the ingredients contained in the
products of Lever Brothers comes
from Germany; that Lever Broth-

is an American corporation, em-
ploying Americans without preju-
dice to race, color, or creed. Their
profits do not go or are not credited
to any German company.
In view of these facts, the
League asks that all those Inter-

goods and services co-operate by
denying these rumors, whenever
heard.
