of the Neugarten Sunshine Club
was held on Monday, Jan. 20, at
the Jewish Community Center.
Six new members were welcomed
by the president, Mrs. Emil Eck-
house.
The exhibit of a child's lum-
berjack and dress, materials for t
which were donated by the organ-
ization, was a feature of the meet-
ing. Clothing thus obtained is
distributed to the needy through

Miss Cecelia Zaludkowsk i,
daughter of Rev. and Mrs. E.
Zaludkowski, of 1746 Andrews
Ave., New York City, formerly
of Detroit, became the bride of
Edward Kuhn of Tel Aviv, Pales-
tine, on Thursday, Dec. 26.
The ceremony was performed by
the chief rabbi of the Kehilah in
Tel Aviv. A number of prominent
cantors and a large choir partici-
pated in the ceremony.
In the absence of Rev. Zalud-
kowski, Mrs. Zaludkowski, mother
of the bride, and Rabbi Isaak
Nowogrudski, grandfather of the
bride, gave her in marriage. The
matron of honor was Mrs. Saul
Zaludkowski while Dr. Saul Zalud-
kowski of Paris, France, assisted
as best man.
After the ceremony, a dinner for
100 guests was held at the home
of Mrs. Yehuda Nowogrudski, aunt
of the bride.
The young couple, on returning
from their honeymoon in Paris,
France, will reside at 149 Eliezer
Ben Yehuda St., Tel Aviv. Mrs.
Zaludkowski will return home after
the Purim Carnival in Palestine.

mer student of Wayne University,
Detroit, and a graduate of Hunter
College, New York. The groom is
a member of one of the most prom-
inent families in Tel Aviv, Pales-
tine.
